The software

APX and APC are open-source software published under the MIT License. You may use, copy, modify and distribute them under that license. APX runs on your own computer; you are responsible for how you set it up and for what you ask your agents to do.

Your accounts and services

When you connect APX to other services (Google, a messaging app, an AI model provider), you use them under their own terms, with your own accounts. APX acts only with the access you grant and asks you before strong actions, such as sending a message or inviting people in your name. Review what your agents propose before you approve it.

No warranty

The software is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. In no event shall the authors be liable for any claim, damages or other liability arising from the software or its use, as the MIT License states.

How APX handles your data, including Google user data, is described in the privacy policy.
